Linda Roberts

In 1975 some friends got Linda & her husband into beginners square dancing. Upon graduating in 1976 - like everyone else, they were hooked.
Their square dance caller, Bob Harrison, encouraged her to start cueing, giving her some records to practice with. In 1985 she became the cuer for Four County Squares. In 1986 Linda started teaching her first beginners Round Dance class and 2 years later Larlin Rounds was started. In September of the following year the club submitted an application for membership into Mason Dixon Square Dance Federation and in October were accepted into the federation. She is a member of Roundalab, The International Association of Round Dance Teachers, Inc.
She presently cues for several other clubs in Maryland and Pennsylvania besides the Frederick County Promenaders:
